Terms of Service — Approve it.

1. Agreement

By using Approve it. (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by Approve It Portal, a Dubai-based business licensed by the UAE Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Approve it. uses artificial intelligence to evaluate business names across six weighted dimensions: memorability, differentiation, category fit, pronunciation, trademark risk, and brand longevity. Each verdict includes a strategist take, founder insights, and stronger alternatives.

3. AI estimates — NOT legal advice

Our verdicts are AI-generated estimates based on public knowledge. We do not perform real-time queries against domain registrars, trademark databases, or social platforms. Domain availability, trademark conflicts, and social handle availability shown in our verdicts are educated guesses, not verified facts.

Before purchasing a domain, registering a trademark, or building a brand around any name, you must:

Verify domain availability with a registrar (e.g., Namecheap, GoDaddy).
Conduct a formal trademark search through USPTO, EUIPO, UAE Ministry of Economy, or your local authority — preferably with a qualified attorney.
Check social handle availability directly on each platform.

Approve it. is NOT a substitute for legal advice. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any verdict. Use the Service as one input among many in your branding decisions.

4. Pricing & plans

Approve it. offers:

Free Trial — limited number of verdicts at no cost. Email may be requested to continue beyond the first verdict.
Starter Pack — $19 one-time. Grants 5 verdicts. Credits do not expire.
Pro Monthly — $29/month. Unlimited verdicts. Auto-renews until cancelled.

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid purchases (Starter Pack and Pro Monthly). To request a refund within 7 days of purchase, email info@approveit.ae from the address used for payment, with your Stripe receipt or transaction reference. We process refunds within 5 business days.

After 7 days, refunds are not provided. For Pro Monthly, you may cancel future billing at any time but past charges are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

Use the Service to evaluate names for unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory businesses.
Submit content that infringes the rights of others.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure.
Resell verdicts as your own analysis without attribution.
Share paid account access with others to circumvent plan limits.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code, and the AI prompts that power our verdicts are owned by Approve It Portal. The verdicts generated for your submitted names are provided to you for your business use; we retain no claim over names you submit.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Approve It Portal and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to lost profits, business decisions made in reliance on verdicts, or trademark/domain disputes. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AED 100, whichever is higher.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically as administered by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) of Dubai. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
